If you spot ARC Surveyors, do not ignore them – take them out with a Showstopper grenade, as they can cough up a print. Looting Mk II Augment makes a big difference by letting you carry more without deciding what to ditch. Weekly trials and Harvester Events should be on your radar too; they can drop blueprints you will not find lying around.
